Economic Development and Management

The staff of Autus Global has experience in the preparation of national, sectoral and regional development programmes in EU accession and candidate countries, as well as in the CIS and Central Asia states . We were also involved in creating the management systems necessary to implement such programmes effectively and sustainably. As part of our work we have:

• built the capacity of national, regional and local authorities in various countries to co-ordinate and manage development programmes;
• designed the mechanisms and procedures for project preparation and assessment;
• trained public officials in using the mechanisms and procedures;
• developed initiatives for involvement of civil society into the local decision-making, etc.

We have specialist expertise in the preparation of strategies for cluster development, SME support systems, development of regional competitiveness.
